You can use the form below to request:
- Full deletion: delete your account and associated data, or
- Partial deletion: delete specific categories of data without deleting your account (optional).
Processing time: we typically process requests within 30 days.
Note: requests are reviewed by a human. No account or data is deleted automatically from this form submission.
Steps to request deletion
- Complete the form with the email used in MIRA Scan.
- Select whether you want full deletion or partial deletion.
- Submit the request. You’ll receive a reference ID on success.
If you cannot access the form, you can email delete-account@evaluy.com with subject Delete Account Request.
What data is deleted vs retained
Deleted (full deletion)
- Account profile data (e.g., email, display name, UID)
- Uploaded images and related extracted text (OCR)
- AI chat and correction history
- Preferences and app settings
May be retained (limited / legal)
- Security/audit logs (fraud prevention, abuse detection)
- Payment/subscription records where required by law (if applicable)
- Backups for a limited period (typically up to 30 days)
Partial deletion (without deleting your account)
You may request deletion of specific data categories (for example: images, extracted text, chat history) while keeping your account active.
